  • What is your return policy?
    We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Please kindly note that approved returns are eligible for exchange or refund to the original payment method. Please see more details on the refund policy here.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    To start a return, contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions. Please email hello@socahairsupply.com
  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
    Once we receive your return and confirm that it passes inspection, we aim to have your new exchange order shipped within one (2) business days. It can take up to 5-10 business days for funds to transfer to your original payment method.
  • Are your hair extensions made from real human hair?
    Yes, our extensions are made from 100% high-quality, ethically sourced human hair to ensure a natural look and feel.
  • How do I choose the right color for my hair?
    We offer a color-matching guide on our website, or you can email a photo of your hair for personalized advice from our team. Email hello@socahairsupply.com
  • Can I style the hair extensions?
    Yes, our human hair extensions can be curled, straightened, and styled just like your natural hair. Be sure to use heat protectants to maintain their quality.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchases?
    Yes, we offer special pricing for wholesale or bulk orders. Please submit an enquiry here and we will get back to you.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We have two distribution locations - Los Angeles, California and Sydney, Australia.
  • What days of the week do you ship?
    Orders ship every day Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We only ship on business days. Packages are not shipped on weekends.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you have a special request for an area not listed please contact us. International shipping is provided with one of the following carriers - UPS, DHL, and FedEx. SOCA will use their discretion when choosing which carrier is best for each international address based on quick and efficient delivery times. Customers are responsible for all customs and import fees imposed by their country. It is the customers responsibility to research customs fees for their destination. Any fees or loss of shipping costs for returned merchandise will be the customers duty to pay.
  • What if my package is lost?
    Please contact us immediately if you think your package has been lost in transit. Rarely a package may stall at a checkpoint but we will help you resolve this.
  • What if my package says delivered but it never arrived?
    We will need to investigate these types of circumstances. If a package was stolen from your doorstep we will not refund or reship these orders. It is the customers responsibility to select a safe shipping address and secure your package. If you would prefer your package held at a UPS facility for pick up, please create/log in to your UPS MyChoice account to have your package held or redirected. https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/ups-my-choice.page
  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  • How long do hair extensions last?
    With proper care, our extensions can last anywhere from 6 months to a year, depending on usage and maintenance.
