SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from California and Sydney, Australia Monday-Friday.
Orders placed before 2 pm PST will be shipped the next day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification etc).

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for Free Ground Shipping Orders. We ship via FedEx Next Day mail for Expedited orders.

Australian and New Zealand orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Please keep a look out for our international shipping capabilities.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Please kindly note that approved returns are eligible for exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it passes inspection, we aim to have your new exchange order shipped within one (2) business days. Please note all exchange orders are shipped free of charge with ground shipping. You are responsible for express shipping costs in the event that you would like to upgrade the shipping method.

If your exchange is for an item of lower value, we will gladly issue a refund for the remaining value. Both the exchange and refund will be processed within one (2) business days of recipient and inspection.

Please note, any refund is subject to any transaction fees or costs associated with processing said payment and/or refund and will be taken out of the purchase price amount and resulting refund amount.
